as we settle into this sort of slowed-down season, the operating hours of the tasting room will shift a tad. 12-6 sun-thu, 12-7 fri-sat.

new season means new menu. we'll be testing a few recipes over the next few weeks in anticipation of a couple of changes to our menu. this one was a hit the other night - oxtail ravioli with cauliflower and aged cheddar purée, pickled chanterelles, grainy mustard brown butter sauce, beets, pine nutes, parsley gremolata, and smoked rosemary jus. all the fall goodness! it'll go great with some of the fresh-hopped autumn beers we have coming out, or with pamela, which will soon be in cans!
