Limited Release: True Colours Grapefruit Radler
Brewed in support of the Vernon and Kelowna PRIDE societies.
Bright, refreshing, and brewed with purpose.
Radlers are typically made by blending beer with citrus juice. For this one, we started with a hazy pale ale featuring Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, then added a mix of grapefruit purée and concentrate after fermentation. This keeps the natural sweetness of the fruit, creating a beer that’s both juicy and lightly tart.
